The services, classes, workshops, and mentorship sessions provided by Soul Body Spirit Wellness involve Reiki, acupressure instruction, energy healing, and spiritual guidance. These modalities are complementary, alternative practices intended to support overall well-being, relaxation, and personal growth.
Soul Body Spirit Wellness is not a licensed medical doctor, physical therapist, psychologist, or psychiatrist. Energy healing and acupressure instruction do not replace medical or psychological diagnosis, treatment, or medication. We do not diagnose conditions, prescribe substances, or interfere with the treatment of a licensed medical professional. You are advised to consult a physician or qualified healthcare provider for any physical or mental health concerns.
2. Client Responsibility & Assumption of Risk
By booking a session or enrolling in a class, you acknowledge that energy healing and acupressure involve subtle shifts in the body’s energy systems, which can sometimes release deep emotional or physical sensations.
You voluntarily assume all risks associated with your participation, including risks of physical or emotional distress. You agree to take full responsibility for your own well-being during and after sessions. If you experience any physical pain, discomfort, or emotional distress during a session or class, it is your sole responsibility to immediately inform the practitioner or instructor. You agree that Soul Body Spirit Wellness shall not be held liable for any claims, demands, or damages arising out of your participation.
3. Confidentiality Agreement
We honor the deeply sacred and personal nature of spiritual guidance, Reiki, and energy healing. All information, personal stories, medical histories, and emotional experiences shared during 1:1 sessions, consultations, or private classes will be held in the strictest confidence. Your personal information will never be sold, rented, or shared with third parties without your explicit, written consent.
Legal & Safety Exceptions to Confidentiality:
By booking a session, you understand and agree that confidentiality may be broken if Soul Body Spirit Wellness has reason to believe that:
- You present a clear and imminent danger to yourself or others.
- There is a reasonable suspicion of abuse, neglect, or exploitation of a child, dependent adult, or elderly person.
- We are required to disclose information by a court order or valid legal subpoena.
In the rare event that safety or legal intervention is necessary, only the minimum required information will be shared with the appropriate authorities.
Group Class Confidentiality:
For individuals participating in group classes, workshops, or training programs, you agree to respect the privacy of your fellow students. You agree that any personal experiences, stories, or information shared by other participants during the course must remain strictly confidential and may not be shared outside of the classroom environment.
4. Student & Teacher Training Agreement
Registration in our classes, workshops, or training programs provides educational instruction in Reiki, acupressure, and spiritual practices. Attending a class does not grant legal licensing or professional credentials beyond the specific certification levels outlined in the course syllabus (e.g., Reiki Attunements). Students are solely responsible for ensuring they comply with local laws and regulations regarding the public practice of energy work or acupressure in their respective jurisdictions.
5. Booking, Cancellations, and Refunds
- Payment:Full payment is required at the time of scheduling to secure your session or class placement.
- Cancellations & Rescheduling:We require at least 24 hour notice for rescheduling or cancellation. Cancellations made with less than 24 hour notice, and missed appointments (“no-shows”), are non-refundable and will forfeit the full fee. Exceptions may be made at our sole discretion for true emergencies.
- Refund Policy:Due to the energetic alignment and time dedicated to preparing your sessions and training materials, all sales for individual sessions, packages, and classes are final and non-refundable.
- Expiration:Multi-session packages or class credits must be used within 4 months of the purchase date, after which any remaining sessions will expire.
6. Intellectual Property
All course manuals, Reiki symbols, instructional guides, audio meditations, and digital materials provided during classes or sessions are the exclusive intellectual property of Soul Spirit Body Wellness. They are shared with you strictly for your personal, non-commercial educational use. You may not copy, distribute, republish, or use these materials to teach your own commercial classes without explicit, written permission.
