Class Includes
The first Reiki class sets the foundation of Reiki. You learn the history of Reiki, what it is and is not, a little bit about the human anatomy, the chakras and the energetic fields.
You will learn how to set up sacred space, be a clear channel, practice chakra balancing, healing and clearing the energetic field. Your attunement to level 1 will be during class before the chakra balancing treatment.
Teaching Materials
Level 1 has the most materials of all the Reiki levels. There is a lot of information for you to reference throughout your Reiki journey that is provided. You will receive your materials in the mail up to 3 days before class.
