About Me
Hello, I am TenderHeart. I was given my name by a Lakota Shaman decades ago. I have studied with Japanese, Native American and African American shamans for over 20 years.
I have been a Reiki Master Teacher since 2002 along with being a Jin Shin Do Acupressurist and Teacher, and a former Certified Massage Therapist. I have taught thousands of classes in the healing and spiritual arena and have had just as many clients.
In 2021, I stopped taking clients and put my focus on healing me, beginning with learning to walk again after an accident. This was the start of a new healing journey.
I have resonated with Chinese medicine where the healing foundation is to first heal the spirit. Now, I was doing it first hand.
I am so much happier and healthier. I feel joy whereas before I was deprived of it. My relationships with my family and friends have a deeper connection with more love and realness.
Simply put, I am an energetic sensory intuitive helping you to heal at the soul level while awakening your spirit. These multifacted healings bring about better health beginning on the inside changing your outer world.
I discovered that we come to this world with our personal agendas of what we want to experience, heal, grow and achieve. Life circumstances transpire to give us those unique opportunities.
If we miss it the first time around, don’t worry – it will come around again, again and again, and louder and louder until you get it. Heck, it took me having to learn to walk again.

Soul, Spirit & Body Wellness
The session is a blend of celestial frequencies, earth elemental energies and higher dimensional frequencies that are orchestrated from the beginning of your session to gently open and cleanse the wound at its source. Your body and energetic fields are nourished and balanced, grounding you comfortably in your center.
Reiki
Reiki is a healing art that comes from Japan. It is accessed through healing symbols that attune the practitioner into the universal healing frequencies.
The practitioner channels the energy and sends the energy out their hands to their client.
